Before founding BDB Corporate, Ben held senior leadership roles in KPMG and in-house corporate M&A, including Director-level positions in valuations and modelling. He led large-scale financial advisory engagements, contributed to national leadership teams, and worked closely with executives and boards on strategy, transactions, and performance.
With over 25 years of experience, Ben provides practical, commercially grounded advice to help businesses navigate complex decisions and move forward with clarity and confidence. He has advised listed companies, private businesses, investors, and boards across a wide range of industries — with particular depth in mining, energy, infrastructure, and complex project developments.
